With over 30 years in the flooring industry, Chris brings experience across wholesale, distribution, and retail, and is the steady hand that keeps everything running smoothly. Known for guiding the team and taking care of everyone, Chris leads with heart and always has customers top of mind. His biggest priority is making sure every customer walks out satisfied. His favourite flooring is high‑end laminate for its durability and style. Outside of work, Chris is busy taking care of his four pups and loves taking them for walks.

Eddie Lahey - Warehouse Manager

Eddie keeps our warehouse running smoothly, managing products coming in and out of our doors with care and precision. You’ll usually spot him on the forklift, making sure everything is organized and spotless. His favourite part of the job is knowing everything is ready for customers, whether it’s a delivery or a pickup, because making customers happy matters most to him. His favourite product is the Sonia Marble Vinyl Tile. Fun fact: Eddie may look serious, but he has a great sense of humour and loves walking.

With a background in engineering, Kyle started with us as a delivery driver and has since grown into his current role through dedication and problem-solving skills. He’s known for keeping communication flowing smoothly between management, sales, warehouse, delivery, and installers - ensuring every project stays on track. Kyle’s favourite flooring? Torly’s laminate. Outside of work, he loves to cook, and he believes every customer should leave our store with a smile.

39 years and counting in the industry. She’s a decorator by trade and is the Showroom specialist at the carpet factory. She takes care of the million little things. Her favourite part of her job is seeing a project come to live. Loving every step from mood boards to the selections. Seeing everything together all the way to the finished product! She loves when clients say I just love it all!

Tyler Burry - Apprentice

Tyler started his journey with us on the delivery truck, where he quickly showed a strong interest in the installation side of the business. Today, he’s apprenticing with our install team as he works toward becoming a skilled flooring installer. Tyler’s favourite flooring to install is glue‑down vinyl plank, and he takes great pride in seeing customers happy and satisfied at the end of each project. What he enjoys most about working at The Carpet Factory is the people he works alongside every day. Outside of work, Tyler loves spending time with his son, Junior.

Ziggy - Chief Operating Pup

Ziggy keeps morale high and stress levels low around the store. As our official greeter and nap‑time supervisor, Ziggy specializes in tail wags, floor inspections, and reminding the team to take breaks. His favourite places to test flooring are anywhere soft, warm, and right in the middle of the showroom. Outside of work, Ziggy enjoys walks, treats, and supervising everything - closely.
